Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs and details of the issue.
We will work with the manufacturer or supplier to assess the claim and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.
